August 2024
8/15- Popsicles and Playtime 6-7pm: This is for the new incoming Kindergarten students and families to play and connect.
8/21-Get The Scoop 10:30-11:15: Students and Families are invited to the school for a quick visit before the school year starts. PTO will provide KONA ice to all attendees.
K, 1st and 2nd Grade Lunch Helpers: (8/26-8/30), (9/2-9/6), (9/9-9/13) 10:30-11:45am: The PTO will need volunteers for this. Please see the home page for signup. This is to help our little ones get acclimated to lunchtime.
September 2024
9/10-PTO Meeting 9am-This is where your ideas and concerns can be heard, plans are made for the events we do and friendships are made.
9/11, 9/18, 9/25- Walking Club (10:45-12:10),(12:05-1:25): Volunteers needed. Sign up on home page. Help promote fitness and reward our students by punching cards and giving prizes during recess.
9/20- Night on The Circle 5-7pm (rain date: 9/27): This is a PTO hosted fun night at Kernsville with food, games and fun!
9/26- Birthday Table 10:30-1: Volunteers needed. Sign up is on homepage. This is where you will help celebrate all the birthdays from that month during lunchtime.
October 2024
10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30-Walking Club (10:45-12:10),(12:05-1:25): Volunteers needed. Sign up on home page. Help promote fitness and reward our students by punching cards and giving prizes during recess.
10/15-PTO Meeting 9am-This is where your ideas and concerns can be heard, plans are made for the events we do and friendships are made.
10/18-Coyote Crawl Walk A Thon 9-3pm: This is a celebration for the hard work done while fundraising for the school. All day event filled with fun for the students at recess. Volunteers needed. See sign up on Home page closer to event date.
10/19- Trunk or Treat 3-4:30pm: Volunteers Trunks will be needed. Sign up will come out one month prior. Free event for students to come and collect candy located in the circle at Kernsville.
10/24- Birthday Table 10:30-1pm- Volunteers needed. Sign up is on homepage. This is where you will help celebrate all the birthdays from that month during lunchtime.
November 2024

Fall Bookfair-11/18-11/22- Volunteers needed. You will asked to help kids shop for books and make sure they have the right amount of money needed. Located in the library.

December 2024
12/7-Holiday Jubilee 2-5pm: Volunteers needed. Sign up will come out closer to date. This is a PTO sponsored event that has a Holiday Shop for students to shop for loved one, crafts, games, music and fun!
12/10-PTO Meeting 9am-This is where your ideas and concerns can be heard, plans are made for the events we do and friendships are made.
12/17- Staff Holiday Brunch 9:30-1pm: This is a PTO sponsored brunch giving to the staff and thank you for all their hard work. Volunteers and donations needed. Sign up will come out closer to date.

January 2025
1/14-PTO Meeting 9am-This is where your ideas and concerns can be heard, plans are made for the events we do and friendships are made.
1/17- Canvas and Cookies 6-8pm: This is fun night to paint a canvas with instruction from artist Angela Faidley and enjoy cookies while doing it. Sign up from out home page to pay for canvas will come out closer to date.
1/23- Skate Night at Skateaway 6-8pm: Enjoy a PTO sponsored night at Skateaway in Whitehall. You just need to pay for a rental or bring your own skates.
1/30- Birthday Table 10:30-1pm- Volunteers needed. Sign up is on homepage. This is where you will help celebrate all the birthdays from that month during lunchtime.
February 2025
2/1- Family Fun Day 11-2pm: PTO Sponsored event that will have food, games, glow party, prizes, basket raffle and LOTS of fun! If you donated to the Coyote Crawl admission is free!
2/11-PTO Meeting 9am-This is where your ideas and concerns can be heard, plans are made for the events we do and friendships are made.
2/13-Ice Cream Social 1:25-3:10pm: PTO Sponsored ice cream sundae party for the students. Volunteers needed and sign up will come out closer to date on the home page.

2/28-Bingo Night 6-8pm-Bring your family and friends to a night of fun. Theme to be announced.
