5th Grade T-Shirt

We need your child's t-shirt size for their very own 5th grade commemorative t-shirt. This will have a signature of every 5th grader for this year. This is of NO cost to you. The PTO pays for this. Please submit this form by Monday September 30th. If you do not submit this form we will choose a standard size for your child. This t-shirt will be worn by all 5th grader for their class trip to the Franklin Institute on 11/4.
